ANOTACE: This document specifies the requirements for classification of woven, tufted, knitted, needled, flocked, bonded, hand-tufted rugs and runners into use classes with regard to one or more of the following properties: wear, appearance retention, additional performance properties and classes for luxury rating. This document is not applicable to hand-knotted rugs and runners, to barrier mats or to bathroom rugs. This document refers to the classification as defined in EN ISO 10874:20121.
